This Patagonian gin has a base distillate of corn distilled 5 times, with botanicals sourced mostly from across Chile. Patagonian botanicals include paramela, chaura, ñirre, calafate berry, white currants, rhubarb, green chile, pink molle, with juniper, basil, rosemary, lime, coriander, cardamom, and angelica root. Maceration and direct distillation, steam infusion, and cold distillation via rotary evaporator are all used to extract aromas, and it is proofed down with water from the nearby Universidad Glacier.
