COLIN BAROLLET BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR

Ruby red in color with pretty aromatics including fruits notes like blackcurrant and gooseberry. The palate is ripe with rich tannins, along with spice and toast aromas. A gourmet wine and classic in style for this appellation. Round wine, ideal for white meats such as rabbit but also lamb and duck and grilled meats, beef and veal braised or fine charcuterie.
