Rincón Rum from the island of Puerto Rico.

Rincón Rum was founded on September 20, 2017 - the day Hurricane Maria devastated much of the island of Puerto Rico, including our family farm in Rincón. Our mission is to build a Puerto Rican Rum company that celebrates and directly benefits the community.

After many years of wanting to empower the local economy and people of Rincón, in that moment of vulnerability - rather than donate a one time gift, we were driven to start a business that could do so sustainably and continually over time. In that light we pledge that all profits from selling our products in Rincón will be donated to projects that rebuild the community. To best represent Rincón Rum was an obvious choice.  By giving back our gross profits to the community, we’ve created a closed loop of jobs, income, and an exemplary local product."
