SALMON RUN 2021 GRÜNER VELTLINER

GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Grüner Veltliner. WINEMAKING Immediately after harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The juice is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve the delicate primary flavors. The wine is aged in stainless steel without malolcatic fermentation or oak aging and bottled in the Spring following harvest. TASTING NOTE Lime and tangerine are held in sleek suspension by a stony minerality. With touches of pepper on the finish, it's expressive and fruity while maintaining its focus and precision.
