Gulp Hablo Verdejo Orange Wine

Gulp Hablo Orange is a natural orange wine from the La Mancha region of Spain, produced by the Parra brothers in collaboration with winemaker Juan Antonio Ponce. This wine is crafted from a blend of 50% Verdejo and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, all farmed organically and biodynamically. This is a Demeter-certified biodynamic wine. The grapes undergo a maceration period of approximately one week on their skins, imparting the wine's distinctive orange hue and enhancing its aromatic complexity. Fermentation occurs naturally with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal sulfur addition.
